Met with the owner of Union of Genius this week, Edinburgh’s much-loved soup café. Like lots of local businesses, there are many concerns around re-opening and ways to handle rent and accrued debt during #Covid19. These issues, plus accessibility, green space and sustainability, were on the menu for discussion. But one thing is clear: Edinburgh businesses are definitely needing support just now.
