With 14,500 people in Edinburgh, and nearly 12,000 across the rest of Lothians living with sight loss, it is vital that the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion is replaced. Disappointing that the Cab Sec didn’t give me a commitment to reinstate capital funding for a new eye hospital.
