On Tuesday 22nd March 2022 I met with the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Humza Yousaf MSP, and representatives of the East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership.
I took the opportunity to raise the serious issues patients have been experiencing at the Riverside Medical Practice and was able to feedback following a visit I made to the Practice. At this meeting, the Cabinet Secretary and the Health and Social Care Partnership informed me of their actions and confirmed that the issues will be further investigated. They also confirmed that they would be able to provide me with further details and will make information available publicly within a number of weeks.
